The ENM celebrates its 10th anniversary at Toulouse INP

The ENM (École Nationale de la Météorologie/National School of Meteorology) is a higher education institution which covers, in a unique way in France, all scientific and technical fields related to meteorology and climate. A member of the Conférence des Grandes Ecoles, in 2019, it celebrated the tenth anniversary of its integration into the Institut National Polytechnique de Toulouse, a federation of seven Toulouse establishments. The ENM provides initial training for the technical staff of Météo-France, as well as for French or foreign students, military or civilian, who wish to specialise in meteorology and related sciences. Several cycles of initial training are available (from 1 to 3 years). At the same time, the school devotes a large part of its activity to permanent and professional training, through an offer of internships widely open to companies, organisations or students, and to the organisation of competitive examinations for the recruitment of Météo-France's technical staff, in liaison with other State bodies for certain competitions.
